It is a great form of exercise and as our classes are so adaptable, is suitable for people of all fitness levels and abilities.
Marshall Eklund is San Diego’s premier Pilates center and is the only STOTT PILATES® licensed training facility in the city. This is where would-be Pilates teachers come to be trained, and for over 10 years we have set the standards for other schools to follow.
