Professional Reformer – The principal piece of Pilates equipment uses springs to provide resistance that can be adjusted to suit the abilities of the client and the goal of the exercise. You can lie, sit, kneel or stand on the Reformer to perform a variety of fun and useful exercises. Our studio is equipped with six Professional Reformers, something you won't find at ordinary gyms in San Diego. |

Cadillac Trapeze Table – Usually referred to as “the Cadillac,” this unit is extremely versatile. Featuring multiple springs, bars, and straps, the Cadillac’s table-height makes it an excellent choice for rehabilitation exercise for those with limited mobility. It is also ideal for a full range of applications for all levels of experience. Our studio is equipped with three Cadillacs. |
